Sustainable Organ Networking and Innovative Cooperation
▶Summary
The two partners decided to excel their operational and collaboration skills, through the organisation of a number of transnational activities implemented in both Syros and Zadar allowing them to offer advanced artistic and cultural options in the future events they will be organising. A core need has been that local and transnational groups of young artists from the two countries and beyond discover more creative solutions through their participation in the SONIC activities, which, especially in the case of their participation in the operation and targets of the digital platform are in harmony with their age and their everyday engagement in digital tools.
▶Objectives
The SONIC partnership addressed from the very beginning -and will continue to- young artists aged up to 30 years and their engagement in the organ culture of local remote communities like Syros and Zadar are, as well as, audience developement. The two collaborating organisations prioritised artistic evolution and audience development at the local, national and EU level. The project aimed to develop a digital tool for engaging artists of all different forms of arts, including composers, in their annual festival activities.
▶Activities
The implementation part of the project was in line with the proposed and approved schedule of activities which were planned to serve the needs, the objectives and the common vision of the two partner organisations. In specific, the partnership addressed the value of the Project Management Activity for ensuring a sound project implementation, the design and operation of the Digital Artistic Space Platform, the implementation of the Artistic Workshops in both Syros and Zadar, the Organ Concerts in Syros and Zadar and the Communication and Dissemination activity for ensuring visibility and achievements promotion at the transnational level.
▶Impact
Local artistic resources, as well as, national and European were further reinforced through connecting the one with another during the implementation of the project activities and, in specific, through the implementation of the organ workshops and concerts, as well as, through the development and operation of the Digital Artistic Space Platform. The activities proved also impacting to further enhance audience development in the local and national artistic communitied of both countries.
