When implementing the "Values for Education" project, our main objective was to strengthen and improve the skills of adult learners and educational staff through a variety of educational options. We focused on fostering active participation, integration with others in different environments and the development of transversal competences in integration and cooperation. We aimed to improve both verbal and non-verbal communication, facilitating the exchange of knowledge between different groups of people. Our aim also included the promotion of equal opportunities between organisations and the evaluation of the skills acquired by the beneficiaries. We aimed to establish a Handbook of Good Practices that would reflect the operational, methodological and effective aspects of the project, and serve as a tool to share the values and skills acquired with a wide audience. We intended this project to contribute significantly to the personal and professional development of the participants, as well as to the strengthening of the capacities of the organisations involved in the cultural, educational and environmental fields.
