The project proposed 4 objectives that have been successfully achieved: 1) Improve the professional skills of teachers through a training itinerary for teachers focused on the digital transformation of education and attention to student diversity. 2) Achieve the active participation of schools with difficulties in accessing internationalization opportunities, preferably small in size and in disadvantaged, rural or difficult-to-perform areas. 3) Establish synergies with local educational authorities, such as Universities, City Councils or Education Delegations, to extend the achievements achieved and allow the results of the project to reach more educational centers. 4) Create a transnational network of teacher training centers to begin our internationalization process and be able to continue collaboration on future projects. Furthermore, another objective not initially explained has been achieved and is related to the internationalization of the partner institutions themselves and their participating staff, contributing to reinforcing our European dimension and reinforcing our linguistic and digital skills.

• Each partner has chosen a collaborating educational center from Primary Education and another from Secondary Education with a disadvantaged profile and little Erasmus experience that has participated in the international meetings and in the design of the training itinerary, opening up to its internationalization through this network. • The training itinerary has been piloted in the collaborating schools of each country to improve the professional skills of their teachers. • The planned meetings were held (1st and 5th in Spain, 2nd in Estonia, 3rd in Poland and 4th in Italy), where the project tasks were worked on, visits were made and experiences were exchanged between both the partner institutions and the collaborating schools. Universities and local educational authorities were contacted, and the project was disseminated. • 2 workshops were given for the partners themselves: one on effective cooperation with eTwinning and another on inclusive and equal education. • Tools were opened for partners' work: Whatsapp groups, Padlet digital whiteboard with links, Drive unit with materials, web project, X networks, Facebook, Instagram and Telegram, eTwinning between collaborating schools.

- Improvement of teaching skills thanks to the design and piloting of a new training itinerary of 4 distance courses of 40 hours hosted in the Moodle created by Estonia. Each course has had a leading partner, but everyone has participated in the design: • eTwinning: Spain & Poland • Cooperative Learning and Inclusion with DUA: Spain & Italy • Digital tools for inclusive learning: Poland • 21st century learning spaces: Estonia - Active participation in the project of collaborating schools has been achieved with few opportunities for internationalization in each country. Some have started or applied for eTwinning and Erasmus projects. - A network of centers interested in Erasmus has been established among local educational authorities: City Councils of Tallinn (Estonia), Opole (Poland), Palermo and Balestrate (Italy) and Almería Education Delegation (Spain). Also with universities in Almería, Tallinn, Opole and Palermo to extend the achievements made and expand the network to future cooperation projects. - A transnational network of teacher training centers has been created with project partners. - Improvement of internationalization and linguistic competence of partners.
