Proyecto Guíanos para la formación y consolidación de las iniciativas y las redes europeas en Castilla - La Mancha
▶Summary
This project was born with the main objective of increasing knowledge and experience in the management of international projects with young people among the social organizations that are part of EAPN Castilla-La Mancha. It was assumed that a large part of the 56 organizations that make up the network did not have experience in this field, something that could be corroborated with the first research activity of this project. In this way, the aim was to offer entities the necessary training and experience so that they could start implementing Erasmus + projects and thus be able to benefit from the multiple advantages that being part of this type of European actions entails.
▶Objectives
-To increase knowledge and experience in the management of international projects with young people among EAPN-CLM network entities in Castilla - La Mancha. -To detect the level of access and use of European funds of the entities of CLM. -To facilitate the transmission of knowledge and good practices with European entities. -To promote the creation of an area and a strategy for European projects among CLM entities. -To initiate the presentation of European projects for CLM organisations.

Exchange visits and knowledge of good practices between Castilla - La Mancha and European organisations (PT, BG and POL). - Analysis of the capacity and access to European initiatives in the social organisations of Castilla - La Mancha. - Guide for the creation of an area and a strategy for European projects. - Initiation to European projects - Dissemination and multiplier events
▶Impact
- Analysis of the capacity for the management of European initiatives in CLM. - Carrying out international exchange visits. - Guide for the creation of an area and a strategy for European projects. - Dissemination of the guide among third sector organisations that are part of EAPN-CLM. - Accompaniment and guidance to present at least three European initiatives before the end of the project in collaboration with the organisations participating in the project.
