โ–ถObjectives

We aim to empower both young people and youth workers by enhancing their digital competencies. This includes improving digital literacy and bridging digital inequalities, particularly among disadvantaged youth. We are also committed to enhancing the employability of young people, primarily through the development of digital skills and the encouragement of digital entrepreneurship. In terms of skill development, our project focuses on equipping participants with essential digital skills, such as coding, web design, and digital content creation. Moreover, we aim to strengthen the digital proficiency of youth workers, enabling them to better engage with young people. This also includes promoting language diversity and raising awareness about environmental and climate change issues. Finally, we encourage the use of European digital platforms, such as the European Youth Portal and the European Youth Strategy Platform, among youth workers and young people.our project's primary mission is to empower young people to transition from digital consumers to digital producers, equipping them with the skills needed to use the internet effectively and securely.

โ–ถActivities

We successfully organized four mobility activities as planned. These activities involved 2 young people and 2 youth workers from each of our participating countries. Our first activity, "Web 2 Tools Workshop and Social Media Use," was held in Spain from the 14th to the 18th of November 2022. The second activity, centered on "Digital Entrepreneurship and Designing a Website," took place in Italy from the 8th to the 12th of March 2023. The third activity, focused on "Digital Safety," was conducted in Turkey from the 14th to the 18th of April 2023. Our fourth activity, which revolved around a "Coding and Creating Game Workshop," took place in Poland from the 13th to the 17th of July 2023. These activities have greatly contributed to achieving our project's goals and enhancing the digital skills and competencies of our participants.

โ–ถImpact

The project has produced: videos on web 2 tools, brochures covering social media usage and web 2 tools, a multilingual e-magazine featuring digital Entrepreneurship stories, games developed through coding, and a multilingual cyber security guide ebook. Additionally, tangible results encompass virtual tours, presentations, and videos highlighting partner countries, towns, and schools. These outcomes were accompanied by logos, presentations, and posters with slogans pertaining to online safety. The project's website, logo contests, poster contests, and slogan contests focusing on safe internet use, Green Europe, and sustainability were also part of the project's tangible results. Intangible outcomes include an improvement in competencies among young people and youth workers in safe internet use, as well as proficiency in web 2 tools, website design, and basic coding. Furthermore, the project has served as a source of inspiration through stories of digital entrepreneurship success. Additionally, it has raised awareness about the project's subject matter within the target audience.
