The aims of the project were: -strengthen the teaching profession by providing methodology and tools to help teachers assess their refugee/migrant students’ prior knowledge -promote intercultural education and intercultural dialogue - enrich teachers’ existing knowledge on differentiation teaching -promote an inclusive, encouraging, supportive and non-discriminative learning environment -encourage lifelong learning and professional development -Improving efficiency and flexibility in education systems by allowing alternative learning pathways -Promoting social inclusion and equity for disadvantaged groups We wanted to offer resources to educators in learning how to recognise the prior knowledge of their migrant and refugee learners, and thereby contributing to the integration and empowerment of migrants and refugees in the project regions as well as around Europe.

We implemented all the planned activities, except for the TPM meeting in Spain, which was changed to an online meeting. Instead of the TPM, we allocated more hours to making video interviews with experts in the topic of RPL an. Other activities were implemented as planned for the most part. We researched and wrote the Handbook "ABC for recognition of prior knowledge" and prepared the layout using Canva. We also translated the guide in all the project languages. We created a website for the project that includes all the project results as well as additional resources for RPL, the video interviews, media and newsletters. We had a TPM in Finland in April 2022 to plan the project, and a second TPM in July 2022 online (instead of the one in Spain), and a third TPM and final conference in Greece in June 2023. Each partner had a Multiplier Event for the project, so the events were organised in the last months of the project in Finland, Greece and Spain. In addition, the project partners had regular online meetings and email communication and engaged actively in dissemination measures, promoting the project in different events and online through email and the project Facebook page and the partners' own websites and Facebook / social media
