The project aimed to achieve the following objectives: - To encourage innovation in career guidance practices for older workers, drawing on research from social psychology and theories of commitment in particular. - Enhance the employability of workers 50+ (jobseekers, peaple undergoing reskilling, vulnerable groups). - Enhance the skills of employment players (MIFE teams, local PES operators, SMEs, etc.). -Contribute to developing the digital skills of target groups. - To develop expertise and promote excellence in providing career guidance to workers 50+ towards employment.
