The objectives of the project were designed to build a platform for longer-term cooperation between EJB and Gordius Learning in the field of VET and English language mobility. The project had strengthened the capacities of Gordius Learning to serve as a host organization for VET mobility. The project contributed to increasing the number of youths arriving in Malta via EJB for VET and English language mobility. The 5 aims were the following: 1. To increase the quality of Gordius Learning’s operations by enhancing the internationalization of its VET mobility hosting program. 2. To increase the quality and scale of Easy Job Bridge’s operations by joining Gordius Learning Learning’s transnational youth mobility network. 3. To engage in a transnational cooperation between Gordius Learning and Easy Job Bridge to promote exchanging new practices, methods, and ideas on the employability of NEETs. 4. For Gordius Learning, to join the Transnational Learning Network on Mobility (TLN Mobility), connecting with likeminded professionals from Europe and working together on common needs and priorities. 5. To develop, pilot and communicate a blended VET mobility model for pandemic-induced lockdown periods.

Gordius Learning started to become host organisation by collecting best practices from EJB, who has many years of experience in hosting student groups within Erasmus+. Easy Job Bridge has developed a blended VET mobility model which supports students with an online preparation for their internship. In 2022 15 students and 2 teachers travelled to Malta for an internship or learning experience. In 2023 50 mobilities such as teacher training and study visits were carried out as a direct result of this partnership. This includes 2 Erasmus Pro students who participated in 3 month mobilities. As of 2023 Gordius learning is one of EJB's top 10 clients. This was made possible thanks to this project. Thanks to this project, in 2023 the partnership between EJB and Gordius Learning has become a powerhouse of teacher training mobilities. 5 different schools entrusted the partnership with their teacher's professional development, with very good feedback received on both sides. This was only possible thanks to this KA2 partnership.
