Objectives The project aims to: - Create a path of personal growth and reflection upon career guidance possibilities - Develop participants self-awareness and self-orientation - Give participants ​​first hand learning experience and reflect upon it - Develop participants entrepreneurial skills - Provide knowledge and tools to participants to find their dream career - Disseminate project results to a wider public and reflect upon the deficiencies of career guidance system at local and national levels Activities - Project management, dissemination and communication, webpage, online visibility; - 2 YEs on self orientation and career guidance +booklets - “One day with an entrepreneur” series in the two countries. 30 participants will have the opportunity to spend one day with an entrepreneur; - 2 YEs on Design thinking for entrepreneurship +booklets - a final evaluation and preparation of one complex booklet that summarize the participants’ thoughts and experiences; - an International seminar Impact Young people increase their self-awareness, capacities of self-orientation, creative skills, and they will be more conscious about their competencies.
