Objectives The project aims to improve the quality of youth work in higher education collegesdormitories. We also want to produce a professional methodological and training booklet. In addition to the above, we would like to increase the inclusiveness of the dormitory community, make them more active in dormitory life, develop their entrepreneurial skills and facilitate their transition to the world of work. Activities To achieve our goals, we will organise 3 transnational meetings during the project. In addition to the meetings, 3 thematic training weekends will be organised to develop the methodology of the chapters of the professional publication. A survey will be carried out in the field of youth work. After learning from international good practices, they will be adapted to higher education dormitories. We will preparing a professional methodological and training publication. Impact By the end of the project, a professional methodological and training booklet will be produced, which will be available both in print and online. There will be a qualitative improvement in the work of youth workers in higher education dormitories. Youth workers will use what they have learned to increase the college students' capacity to become more active citizens, develop their initiative and help them in their transition to the world of work.
