▶Objectives
The objectives of the project were to support the various stakeholders of the vocational education system through different actions. The main objective was to prepare the company coaches for their changed role in work-based learning. The derived objectives: - Identifying and mapping the actual 21st century competences of a company coach (prectical trainer) - PR1 - Develop learning materials for coaches and organize them by a personalised developemnet plan (personal action plan) - PR2 - Outline the updated job profile of the company coaches - PR3 - Develop a comprehensive definition (guide) for stakeholders of the profile of a learning company (PR3) - Develop a supportive guide for coaches and learning companies that helps them to introduce feedback in the daily practice (PR3) - Develop a digital tool (web-app) for schools, companies that helps monitoring the students performance and support the administrative maintenance of the company practice of students. ▶Activities
During the project various activities were carried out in order to achieve the goals. - 5 transnational projectmeetings - online meetings - development of the above mentioned project results on the partnership level and on the partners' level - 7 multiplier events - an international training for coaches and teachers - activities related to the running of the project: projectmanagement, quality management, reporting activities, dissemination activities, IPR and sustainability planning
