▶Objectives
The idea of the MAP project was born with the triple objective of contributing to innovation of: - the governance and organisational models of cultural realities by activating of new ways of inhabiting and contaminating territories and involving communities. - the offer, born in the context of co-generation processes using practices, strategies and methodologies capable of making artistic products 'relevant' and therefore decisive for large groups that are usually marginalised. - the experience by promoting the dissemination of competences among communities of reference and therefore the empowerment of audiences according to inclusive models derived from social theatre practices. The specific objectives can therefore be divided into the following three areas: - to encourage the acquisition of new competences by the internal staff of each partner organisation in the field of development and management of community projects through the languages of the performing arts. - to promote, through transnational cooperation, the 'upskilling' of young professionals in the field of social theatre. - to acquire artistic competences and soft skills and to build a new relationship with direct and indirect beneficiaries.
▶Activities
The activities were: - Implementation of digital and technological tools for the development of a shared environment for continuous discussion and exchange - Organisation of the kick-off meeting for the exchange of practices regarding tools, formats and models, and thus the development of a reference guide for the 4 workshops thanks to the support of the figure of the Critical Observer - Definition of the target and objectives to promote diversification, engagement and empowerment - The creation of four workshops whose results - dramaturgical and/or performative - were born out of the process of co-creation with the workshop participants and co-planning between the artistic directors of the different workshops, guaranteeing the combination of production quality and social inclusion. The workshops, thanks also to Professor Fiaschini's guidance, the regular meetings and the continuous circulation of information, have adopted a training model based on a procedural approach, able to put the person at the centre and to spread knowledge and competences through experience, self-learning and forms of work-based learning - comparison between partners on results, outputs and critical issues encountered.
▶Impact
Each organization has chosen an area of intervention and has also identified artistic languages and some additional specific objectives to reinforce the common ones. The scope of the intervention is obviously intended as a priority but has not excluded contamination and incursions also in the other areas studied by the partners. The four outputs were: - Nodes in disequilibrium NTS Community dramaturgy by Nuovo Teatro Sanità in the pedagogical-educational field of personal training. - Cities by Night - performance in public space by Teatro di Sardegna in the field of community processes. - MAPBonfilm! The participatory performance for placemaking by Circolando in the field of environmental processes and urban regeneration. - Dramaturgy workshop: What are you doing? Accessible dramaturgy by Liminal in the field of care and social fragility. The creation of an e-book in English (Digital archive of new aesthetics includes the analysis, methodologies, and impact of the four workshops held, as well as the practices shared. The e-book was also made accessible to the visually impaired community.
