The main goal of Lab 4 Human Rights is to counter forms of discrimination through effective human rights education, starting from four pillars: anti-sexism, anti-racism, anti-abilism, and anti-homolesbobitransphobia. The main educational medium of transmission of human rights, have been the arts, especially the performing arts. The goal of this project was to develop a different way of doing human rights education, one that would focus on bodies in their expressive-relational potential, thus creating more effective pathways for countering bullying and all forms of discrimination both within school and training contexts and in social and family contexts. That is why we involved teachers, educators, trainers, youth workers and addressed our workshops and manual to them. Indeed, it is through the educating community that we want to reach more young people and collectively build a society without barriers and discrimination.

Activities related to Lab 4 Human Rights were: - Management: (grant agreements, risk analysis document, a Gantt chart, organizing regular meetings, project to-do lists, work plan, consortium meeting agendas and minutes, Interim and Final Reports). - Workshop for trainers: (Each partner organized workshop days for trainers, teachers, youth educators, trainers. There were a total of 9 days, 49 hours dedicated, and 67 people were involved) - Dissemination activities: (facebook and instagram social pages were created, flyers and brochures related to the project and its events were created, some articles were written, a web page related to the project was created, face-to-face dissemination with stakeholders and local communities, press release and 4 newsletters were done) - Handbook (an handbook was written and disseminated) - Tpm (a meeting was held in Galati Romania, with two members from each association present) - Collection and exchange of good practices

The two main concrete outcomes were: - The Handbook: A manual with inside collected all the work done during the course of the project, with 12 articles, collection of best practices, practice sheets of exercises done during the workshops, and a multilingual glossary that can be useful in preparing human rights workshops. - Workshops: 9 workshop days were held during the project: 4 in Italy, 3 in Poland and 2 in Romania and we reached a total of 67 people. According to the data collected during the workshops (40 people agreed to be interviewed) before, during and after the workshops, the workshops turned out to be useful and the tools learned will be reused within the lessons or workshop paths by most of the users. - The collection of best practices: Best practices were identified related to human rights education or the claiming of human rights through artistic and/or performance expressions. These were very useful both for the project, as references for the construction of the workshops, and so we decided to include them in our handbook.
