Objectives

The project’s objectives were strongly linked to the selected ERASMUS+ priorities as they focus mainly on innovating VETand adapting it to the current labor market’s needs while working towards the inclusion of marginalized groups such as young NEET women and their access to fields of training and occupation that are usually less accessible, such as STEM subjects and digital design and innovation. The cooperation between the members of the partnership, local companies, and institutional stakeholders ensured the improvement of the quality of the training and allowed the development of new informal training curricula. Just as importantly, a significant part of the training program aimed at the acquisition of green skills that were put into practice during the design and realization of the final project work, which had to offer a solution to an environmental problem raised by one of the partner companies.

Activities

OVERALL PROJECT COORDINATION, MANAGEMENT, AND EXCHANGE OF BEST PRACTICES. SOLUTION AND PROTOTYPING. INNOVATIVE ANSWERS TO ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEMS FOR BUSINESS. Through this activity, the students found innovative solutions to partner companies’ needs in terms of the betterment of their production process.
