▶Objectives
The project aimed to create a new digital training pathway to transform women's enterprises, making them more resilient and anti-fragile. The objective was to equip women with entrepreneurial and financial skills to adapt to challenges, develop diversification plans, and overcome crises, thereby enhancing their sustainability and success in the economic system.
▶Activities
The partners conducted 18 workshops in blended mode imparting knowledge on business management and finance as well as key competencies of modern entrepreneurial thinking and acting addressing women who were interested in further professional steps into self-employment. A staff of trained trainers finalised the teaching and supporting materials available on the dedicated website of the project https://womenmoney.eu/ Two final multiplier events were held in Lisbon and in Florence to disseminate the project outcomes and engage stakeholders.

-8 experts proficiently trained to collect support material, designing contents and training approaches, enabling them to deliver 18 blended workshops. -288 participants engaged in webinars and workshops. -18 blended workshops conducted on economic and financial issues -9 video interviews and/or IG direct sessions produced -1 e-learning platform with 110 enrolled participants -1 W&M handbook 'Empowering Business Startups: a comprehensive guide to success' produced -5 consulting vouchers providing 15 consulting hours in total -1 W&M website with over 400 visitors -1 FB account with 181 followers and 1 IG account with 226 followers managed -18 W&M videos on the YouTube channel uploaded -8 newsletters distributed to engage with the audience - 500 recipients -2 multiplier events organised in Lisbon on June 29, 2023, and Florence on February 23, 2024 with over 40 participants each, involving local partners, stakeholders, women entrepreneurs, bankers, business angels, etc.
