During the project process, we want to achieve critical thinking skills of participants.So contact people had focused on activities on Generalizing Problems and Solutions , Eliminating Contradictions. Participants learned triz, agile, lean methodolgy and basic steps during mobilities. These four basic steps were ; *We achieved to teach them defining their specific problems. We forced them to take the specific problem that they faced and generalized it to one of the TRIZ general problems. From the TRIZ general problems, they learnt to identify the general TRIZ solution they need, and then considered how they could apply it to their specific problems. *They are given some situations and challenges to teach them to find the TRIZ generalized problem that matched it. *Firstly they learnt working in group. They learnt using brainstorming to think different. They they found the generalized solution that solved the generalized problem. *At the end of the project mobilities , they developed to adapting the generalized solution to solve their specific problem.
