We had two goals. Firstly, to train educators on LGBT+ topics, making them adequately capable of managing situations of discrimination and bullying against LGBT+ students in schools. This, in turn, would improve students' inclusion in class linking back to Priority 1 and 2 of the Call for Proposals. Secondly, to increase citizens' awareness of discriminations faced by LGBT+ people by having trained educators act as multipliers in society. This link back to Priority 2 of the Call for Proposals by creating a more open and inclusive environment for LGBT+ people.
