Objectives The general aim of the project is to promote dance as a powerful non-formal education method to improve social inclusion of young dyslexics by reinforcing skills of youth workers. It will be reached by the following specific objectives: 1.improving the knowledge about dyslexia and the understanding about the benefits of dancing; 2.building communication strategies to increase participation of young dyslexics; 3.developing a methodology to teach dance to dyslexics. Activities -activity 1: training course about dyslexia and the understanding of benefits of dancing for dyslexics; -activity 2: training course to learn to build communication strategies to improve participation of young between 13 and 19 years; -acrtivity 3:training course to help youth workers to create a new teaching methodology for dyslexics. Impact We expect for each planned activity the following results: 1. an increasing of awareness and a better understanding for youth workers about dyslexia and the role of dance (at least +60%); 2. creation of guide-lines to improve communication strategies to involve dyslexics in the field of dance (at least +30); 3. creation of a more effective teaching methodology for dyslexics dancer between 13 and 19 years (at least +60%) Link to project card: Show project card The content of this page is published for information purposes only.
