Objectives The objective of the project is to strengthen the cooperation between students and civil society organizations in the field of the protection migrants' rights through the initiatives of voluntary legal assistance. To that end, the project aims at strengthening the European dimension of the Rule of Law; building tools to exchange know-how between students and activists; strengthening the competencesof students and young activists involved; facilitate the participation of young migrants Activities 1) International online training for 120 participants focused the European legal framework related to migrants'rights 2) Web portal to support the European network of students and civil society organizations that will be etsablished during the project. 3) Mobility program: 3 exchanges in Italy, Spain and Germany involving 18 participants 4) 30-day job shadowing for 6 young participants with a migratory background. Impact R1: Establishment of a European network of young students and activists committed to defending the rights of migrants through the practice of the Rule of Law and voluntary legal assistance. R2: An online portal aimed at sharing information and organizing transnational collaborations. R3: 150 young people trained through the online training and the mobility programme R4: At least 40 young people with a migratory background involved in the network R5: 10 new legal aid iniciatives activated.
