Objectives

By implementing the project, we wanted to achieve these objectives: - Prevent migration of Local Adults in Bolzano and Kaunas who were considering to migrate by encouraging and providing alternative pathways for employment and entrepreneurship to remain in the country. - To increase the inclusion of migrants into the local community and to help them find employment and self-employment opportunities so they could feel a sense of belonging. - To enhance Digital Skills and Entrepreneurial Attitudes: The target groups were intended to benefit from the project by acquiring enhanced digital skills and fostering an entrepreneurial mindset. The objective was to equip them with the necessary competencies to explore entrepreneurship as a viable option. - Strengthened Partnership collaboration and the promotion of Sustainable Development and Slow Tourism: The project aimed to strengthen the connections between partner associations, to increase the adoption of slow tourism practices and also aimed to spread the ideas of sustainable development of rural areas and non-formal education as tools for intercultural learning and self-development.
