Objectives - to provide a young person with knowledge about social business, to acquaint him/her with the possibilities and principles of establishing one; - motivate to take the initiative and try to create future jobs for themselves; - inspiring young people to pursue not only personal but also societal benefits in their careers; - to provide information about career opportunities, it is important to be socially responsible; - to delve into the peculiarities of management and business administration. Activities Planned project activities: - presentation of the concept of social business; - identify social problems around us through tasks, interactive activities (production of board game), discussions, role-plays, and look for ways to solve them using the knowledge gained during the project; - getting acquainted with various stages of business establishment and implementation; - introduction to career opportunities by creating a job for oneself and others, bringing personal and social benefits. Impact During the project, young people will learn to look boldly and creatively at the societal challenges around them. Participants will learn a variety of techniques that will be useful in their career path in the future. The activities will also develop young people's leadership, cooperation, logical and creative thinking skills. We hope that youth groups will gain more self-confidence and teamwork, learn from the knowledge they have gained in implementing ideas and projects.
