Objectives To promote the quality of staff and coaching; To encourage a healthy lifestyle among young people based on a vigorous-intensity physical activity; To improve youth workers competences related to vigorous-intensity physical activity; to promote conscious and responsible physical activity among young people; - to promote the positive values of sport among young people, namely those related to excellence, friendship and respect. - To enhance active citizenship and EU values.
