Objectives The overall project`s objective is to provide youth with digital and media literacy skills to analyze, evaluate and create effective messages on a wide variety of digital mediums. The specific objectives are Development of a Virtual Training Program: Digital and Media Literacy for young leaders; Strengthening the digital and media literacy skills of 60 youth; and Development of a nonformal platform for sharing ideas for social issues through their digital and media literacy skills. Activities The following activities will be implemented in order for the objectives to be achieved: 1. Project Management 2. Development of Digital and Media Literacy: A Virtual Training Program. 3. Delivery of the Digital and Media Literacy for youth: A Virtual Training Program 4. Mentoring phase: Accelerate participants` ideas 5. Study visit in Greece and participation in the Thessaloniki International Media Summer Academy 2022 6. Communication and dissemination of the training program Impact The following results are expected: Development of five different modules in digital and media literacy, part of the capacity-building program for 60 participants; 70% of them actively applying the knowledge and skills obtained; Identification and development of 5 ideas from the participants` groups; Mentoring sessions between the team of experts from DCN Global and participants supporting the development of their ideas; 20 participants participate in Summer Academy; and Communication Strategy Link to project card: Show project card The content of this page is published for information purposes only.
