By means of this project, a reduction by 10% in early school dropout rate was achieved. After completing this project, disciplinary problems in schools were also minimised. In order to break down all the prejudices, between the learners, this project brought all students together regardless their background and cultural differences. Academic success was also increased by means of this project since students could communicate better using the English language and could work together and share their experiences. Informal education methods were also used by the teachers involved in order to find solutions for early school leavers. Parents were also aware of this project and the objectives of this project was clearly described to them. Motivation among learners was increased and the learners' self-esteem was boosted. The teaching of values into the school culture was also implemented during the scholastic year when this project was being done. The school partners had the opportunity to get to know each other and learnt about the different cultures that each country had. By means of this project, schools had the opportunity to reduce any culture prejudices. Students had the opportunity to increase their digital competencies as well.
