โ–ถObjectives

To reach the elaborated needs we aimed to create an accessible online solution targeting to improve the skills of physiotherapists and sports trainers in guiding their patients/clients from a distance. This skill is crucial for the current trends of physical exercise from home and professionals must be supported for their continuous improvement and training under the aspect of Vocational Education. As a first result, we developed a methodology with motivational resources hosted in an LME, provided as OER with knowledge recognition via the open badges. As a second result, the partnership created a platform with physical activities to support home physical exercises and work-life balance in cases of work-from-home or sedentary lifestyles of employees. This tool can be exploited by physiotherapists, trainers and other users interested in adopting good practices concerning their bodyโ€™s better blood flow during working hours. The professionals participating in our program provided us with significant feedback on their needs to build targeted content and through their participation in piloting and promotional activities exploited the 2 developed platforms to reach novel solutions, educational and practical, to their profession.
