By implementing this project we wanted to gain experience with Erasmus+, hereby the entire process from writing the application, forming a new and solid collaboration, implementing the activities, and getting to know the program and its requirements. From ESLs perspective, this represented a different type of project than what we normally work with, which include many and various potential learnings both individually and organizationally. Both project partners wanted to explore the possibility of a higher education program in regenerative leadership and entrepreneurship. The project partners also wanted to research and develop a learning design process and follow it while creating a first draft for a new master program - representing a shift we believe is absolutely necessary if we are to have a prosperous future. Through the project we wanted to contribute to both innovation and to strengthen the European education area with a new and highly relevant educational offer. We also wanted to establish new relationships and networks, where we could find both new and future potential project partners, potential on-ground projects for students and new possible collaboration projects.
