▶Objectives
The main goal of the project was the social and digital inclusion of individuals aged 60 and above. Barriers that cause seniors to feel isolated and poorly integrated into society include disability, health issues, and currently essential low digital literacy. Therefore, the specific objectives of the project were actions aimed at increasing: Physical activity, which allows for delaying the aging process and thus maintaining the fitness necessary for daily functioning of older individuals. Intellectual activity, encompassing cognitive skills (such as memory exercises, attention, and logical thinking), which enable seniors to function better in society and become more communicative. As part of this effort, seniors' digital literacy also increased, enabling them to navigate the virtual world of government offices, banks, clinics, and other institutions. Cultural activity, often defined as a factor in social cohesion, which fosters the development of imagination, creativity, openness to others, and above all, satisfies the emotional needs of seniors.
