The project incorporates common innovations and good practices. In teaching adults, learners attach more importance to what they experience, so the techniques of experimentation, problem solving, and discussion work very well mainly. Within the framework of "Rediscovering Learning" it was possible to exchange experiences and expand cooperation between the Social Institute "Pactum" and Reģionālā biznesa un tūrisma attīstības biedrība "Jēkabpils rezidence" in Latvia. The goal of this activity was to increase the opportunities for adult learners to obtain attractive educational opportunities and to promote the recognition of learning outcomes. The organization's cooperation will include the development of new methods to support adult learning. An important area will be the transfer of knowledge for workshop recipients on how to use information and communication technologies to tap new markets, promote products, and establish export contracts. The workshop will address the ecological aspects of actions that should be taken by training recipients in future practical activities. The aim of the project is to improve the quality of the work and practices of the organizations involved, i.e. the Pactum Social Institute in Bialystok (Leader) and the Association for Business and Tourism Development "Rezedence in Jekabpils"(Partner). Indeed, thanks to the implementation of the project, it will be possible to organize bilateral workshops, meetings, study visits in both countries at the international level within the framework of the idea of Discovering Science from scratch aimed at adults who are representatives of businesses. Implementation of the joint project will provide mutual benefits in the form of: - strengthening of mutual relations between the Leader and the Partner, - creation of conditions for mutual long-term cooperation towards a common goal - exchange of knowledge and experience. The organizations' cooperation included the development of new methods to support adult learning and the creation of new problem-solving paths more suited to the needs of the audience. This includes the exchange of experiences and good practices to improve the quality of educational activities in adult education.
