With regard to partners as institutions, the most important result would be the acquisition and development of the ability to establish foreign cooperation and the creation of a network of contacts, giving them a European dimension, gaining experience.
▶Activities
Due to the fact that the German partner withdrew from the project, one measure was implemented in its entirety. On August 20-21, 2022, a working meeting was held regarding the coordination and implementation of the project. The meeting summarized the activities carried out so far on-line between the partners. It was held in English. During the meeting, the objectives of the project were presented and discussed, the project schedule and dates of activities, recruitment criteria for the project and activities related to the development of project results, promotion and dissemination as well as evaluation of project activities and results were established, and a project management team was created. A person has been appointed to run a website devoted to the project and to deal with promotional activities. Promotional activities were carried out. Polish youth, despite the end of project activities, continued to carry out cost-free activities: e.g. conducted a happening on the market, won a smog sensor for the school, carried out activities of the Amnesty International global campaign, organized a collection of e-waste, conducted a debate and recorded a video on climate change, carried out activities as part of the "Clean up the World"
▶Impact
The meeting created the basis for building a database of foreign contacts of both partners and helped to internationalize our activities. The foundations for the efficient implementation of the project were established, the people responsible for project activities got to know each other and closer cooperation was established. Responsibilities were divided between the partners, the rules for managing and accounting for project activities were refined, uniform recruitment criteria were set, and the rules for promotion, evaluation and results dissemination activities were refined. A project website was created on the Internet at https://loczluchow.pl/nasza-szkola/erasmus/klimat-sie-zmieni-zmian-sposob-myslenia. The activities of Polish youth have significantly contributed to the increase in awareness and skills of Polish students in the field of sustainable development and climate change and the promotion of ecological activities using digital technologies. Our project, despite its premature end, caused a snowball effect, publicized activities financed from the Erasmus + program, and above all made our youth aware of the problems of broadly understood ecology and environmental protection - and this was our main goal.
