Organizations that were involved in the project work with school-aged youth on a daily basis and need continuous improvement of both staff, working methods and gaining inspiration for the necessary changes. All partners noticed the need for more effective work with schoolchildren, in particular in the field of social competences, which are crucial for personal and social development. The inspiration for the project was the need to increase the motivation of the staff to improve their qualifications, the desire to learn from each other and exchange experiences. Also the fact that international contacts are a great positive experience for Organizations and Individuals who have not worked or worked to a small extent in the international environment.
