The aim of the project was to improve the quality of work and practices of the involved organizations of construction cluster operators in Poland and Slovenia, build the capacity of both organizations in the field of international and cross-sectoral work, improve the organization's ability to take pro-environmental and digital activities, and exchange experiences between construction clusters and increase their competitiveness. These goals were met by both institutions, which implemented activities in the form of the organization of the Manager's School - trainings in the field of Lean Management, which allowed the acquisition of knowledge and competence in the field of introducing solutions leading to the digitization of processes in the construction industry and study visits, thanks to which it was possible to exchange experience and establishing business contacts that participants will be able to use in their further professional development.

The following activities were carried out as part of the project: 1. Project management - e.g. preparation of project documentation, monitoring of project progress through regular working meetings, project evaluation. 2. Organization of the Manager's School in Poland - implementation of a 2-day training in the field of Lean Management, study visits of Slovenian companies to Polish companies to exchange experiences and good practices, substantive consultations on training programs, etc. 3. Organization of the Manager's School in Slovenia - implementation of a two-day training in the field of Lean Management, study visits of Polish companies to Slovenian companies to exchange experiences and good practices, substantive consultations on training programs, etc. 4. Dissemination of project results - Leader - organization of a conference promoting the project and a conference summarizing, development of the logo of the Manager's School and promotional materials, development and printing of the good practices guide - in a bilingual version, promotion of the project's effects. 5. Dissemination of project results - Partner - organization of a conference promoting the project, promotion of the project's effects.

Main effects and results of the project: 1. Thanks to the implementation of the Manager's School, the effect was achieved in the form of raising the competences of people participating in the classes, enabling them to acquire new skills in the area of performing everyday work, in a way that eliminates the waste of resources. Thanks to the study visits, the participants made acquaintances and contacts that they can use in their professional life. 2. There was an improvement in the quality of work and practices of the involved organizations, building the organization's potential in the field of international and cross-sectoral work and the possibility of exchanging experiences between construction clusters. The organization's ability to take pro-environmental and digital actions has improved. The activities carried out under the project are the basis for further cooperation of both clusters, strengthening the established relations and further development. 3. Development of good practices guide, which is a collection of publications containing substantive content developed during training and presents practical solutions that can be used to start implementing Lean Management and other issues related to digitization in construction.
