Our goal was to develop tools that would contribute to a better adjustment of VET to the needs of the labor market in Poland and the Netherlands in terms of communication skills in a multicultural environment. We wanted to prepare tools for us (for the POLPROM Foundation, whose trainers work with students, and for the UP educatie company, which provides vocational training). Our goal was also to pay attention to this problem and to include this topic in the social discussion. We wanted to disseminate information about the developed tools and encourage their use. The implementation of this project enabled us to prepare an attractive and expected workshop offer to be implemented in schools and at the request of employers. We want to use it and we are looking for imitators among other organizations. An important effect of the implementation of this project is also the opportunity to learn the principles of implementing ERASMUS+ projects, because we plan to prepare further applications. It is also important for us to establish partnerships with a Dutch company, meet new potential partners and participate in discussions about the challenges of vocational education.

We have completed all planned activities. In V'22 we met in Poland, discussed the principles of cooperation and assumptions regarding the educational package. Then we started working on the package. In June 2022, we organized seminars for target groups in the Netherlands and Poland. In VIII'22 the basic version of the package was ready. During the meeting in the Netherlands, we discussed the results of our work and the detailed content of the package and the way it is presented. In November 2022, we presented the package to a group of trainers during workshops in the Netherlands and prepared them for testing, which lasted 150 hours in Poland and 60 hours in the Netherlands. The testing report showed changes to the package. The final version of the package was discussed during the summary meeting in March 2023 in the Netherlands. At that time, we also talked about other projects that we want to implement. We have prepared two versions of the 'Guidelines for implementation ...'. We disseminated the results of the project in April'23. We have developed 4 versions of information materials. We conducted a competition for students. We organized 3 meetings in the Netherlands and 2 in Poland.

We have developed two versions of educational package provided with guidance for implementation. The Polish and Dutch versions are not simply two copies of the same toolkit in two different languages. The educational package in Polish was created with the objective of improving the quality of vocational education and is focused on working with the youth, mainly students of vocational and technical schools. The Dutch package, on the other hand, is focused on providing support to trainers in vocational training working with adults (and is available in both Polish and Dutch). A considerable amount of information included in these resources is shared by both versions, but its presentation and structuring of the exercises are tailored to these two main target groups. Both versions are the result of project partnership between the POLPROM Foundation for the Promotion of Social Initiatives and the UP educatie training services company. In addition, the partners gained experience in the implementation of the project. They spent a lot of time discussing and analyzing various solutions in both countries. They agreed that they wanted to prepare another project.
