▶Objectives
As vocational training providers, Heuresis and Novareckon want to contribute to the quality and market relevance of VET, to develop the competences of the managers of companies and vocational training schools and ultimately to increase the employability of young people. The aim of the project is to learn more about the tools to develop cooperation between education and business, through the experience of the dual method - labs of competences in an Italian high school.

▶Impact
The general results are knowledge transfer, improvement of the quality and adjustment of VET education to the market needs, development of knowledge and competences of the staff of directors of companies and vocational education schools.
