Objectives

As a result of the project, the Partners planned and achieved the following goals: 1. Performing a professional training course in the field of intervention techniques that responds to the real needs of the target group 2. Developing and testing the course program in real conditions 3. Professional development of staff and participants through participation in tests, exchange of good practices 4. Development of international cooperation through the exchange of experience and research on case studies in individual countries. 5. Internationalization of the facility 6. Increasing staff confidence and language skills

Activities

The following actions were implemented: 1. Inauguration of the project - The meeting was aimed at determining the structure of the course, as a result of discussion and brainstorming, we chose specific techniques and the range of skills that the participant must have after the end of our new training. In total, we needed 18 hours of continuous work for the task. The meeting lasted 3 days. 2. Execution of the course - a ready program of the course and an e-learning portal with films and graphics were created. There were 2 trips to Norway on the dates: 21-26.05.22 and 04-10.08.22. and we hosted the teaching staff of SP09 on: 25-30.06.22. We analyzed all materials related to intervention techniques and rejected all unrealistic techniques. 3. Dissemination event - organized on January 27, 2023, attended by 56 people. It was divided into two parts: a lecture, during which we presented the goals and results of the project, we presented the e-learning portal and the advantages of the hybrid course, and the practical part, during which participants went through 40-minute stations. We resigned from organizing the picnic due to the exhaustion of participants, we organized catering. Participants received certificates.

Impact

As a result of the project, we reached the representatives of the target groups specified in the application. Thanks to the achievement of the planned results, the institution has become more attractive to potential students and other institutions, which translates into an increased number of applications and interest in the offer. We have established permanent cooperation with 3 vocational schools from the area of the Piła district. As part of the project, a number of educational resources have been created, which we use during KPO improvement courses. This year, 820 security guards have already used selected parts of the resources. Both partners in the survey stated that they are satisfied with the work on the project and its effects. Thanks to the implementation of the project, we have achieved the following results: 1. A new vocational course program 2. Increase of knowledge and professional competences of people participating in the project 3. Internationalization of the facility 4. Multiplier event 5. Increased skills of staff and project participants
