The aim of the project is to exchange experiences and practices of the involved organizations, i.e. IPH - leader and the Bulgarian Chamber - Partner on resolving disputes amicably with the involvement of less financial and time resources and taking appropriate innovative actions. This goal was fulfilled by both organizations that achieved it activities in the form of organizing meetings, trainings, workshops as part of the Arbitration Academy. Thanks to the project it was possible to organize bilateral workshops, B2B meetings, and study visits to both countries at the national level internationally as part of the idea of ​​the Academy of Arbitration addressed to adult representatives enterprises. Receiving funding provided the funds necessary for the implementation of activities such as: project management, organization of workshops, B2B meetings, study visits on the Polish and Bulgarian sides, organization of conferences disseminating the project, development of a Guide to good practices aimed at wide dissemination of the project's effects.

As part of the project, all planned activities were carried out, i.e. workshops and meetings were held in Poland and Bulgaria. Study visits were carried out. The project results were disseminated.

The result of the project was to improve the qualifications of the SME management staff by acquiring additional knowledge in during trainings and trips, in the field of out-of-court dispute resolution. This is especially important among small entrepreneurs who do not have adequate staff to settle disputes and resolve conflicts on through the courts.
