The main objective of the partnership was mutual learning and exchange of knowledge and experience in the organization of apprenticeships and cooperation with employers, as well as methods of developing professional skills, taking into account the needs of students, in particular those with fewer opportunities. In addition: - the inclusion of new participants in the Erasmus+ Action KA2 - building partners' capacity for international and cross-sectoral cooperation - exchange of knowledge and experience - getting to know the problems, methods and standards of school work with young people in another country - improving the quality and innovativeness of work with young people in schools - improving staff competences - increase of staff motivation - increased effectiveness of partners' and employers' activities

Result 1 Getting to know the partner organizations and including the partners in the network of contacts of the organizations participating in the project Result 2 1. Increasing the competence of the staff in the field of apprenticeships and cooperation with employers, in particular for young people with fewer opportunities 2. Increasing the competence of the staff in the field of vocational training methods for young people with fewer opportunities: • in the field of project work method - adapted to the abilities of each student individually • in the field of professional volunteering - development of professional competences and inclusion of people with fewer opportunities • in the process of preparing works for competitions in vocational subjects - individual project work Result 3 Increased motivation of the staff to improve their competences and adapt the education process to the needs of employers in the region Result 4 Recommendations for partners regarding areas for development and solutions to be used in the field of apprenticeships, project work, volunteering, competitions, as well as adapting education to students with fewer opportunities.
