Common Dialogue for a Shared Future -
▶Summary
Objectives By this project, the foundation wants to develop an innovative method of informal learning setting for dialogue and cooperation initiated and led by female leaders that will aim at combating the radical attitudes in Europe. By working with 36 young female leaders we would like to develop, test, and implement the program in real-life settings to equip them with the necessary tool kit for their work and prepare recommendations for the further dissemination of the project. Activities In order to achieve the main objective, we plan to organize three life seminars in Krakow, for 36 (3*12), female leaders from Poland, Ukraine, and Germany. During the seminars, we will be working on several aspects such as the country comparison and experience of the radical attitudes within society, how to cope with fake news influx, and other detailed topics related to the art of dialogue. What is more, we will work based on the design thinking methodology. Impact Apart from the tested method for working with female leaders and trained youth female leaders, we expect to reach guidelines and scenarios for educators to counteract any aspects of xenophobia, racism, and other forms of extremism. Furthermore, we will raise awareness on the importance of female participation in the dialogue (religious, social), and create a self-supportive network ready to disseminate the project outcomes in their countries/organizations.
