Objectives 1. Gaining experience in international cooperation by 2 inexperienced institutions, 2. Developing methods of working with young people in the field of improving soft skills, especially in the field of interpersonal communication, 3. Provide youth workers with an opportunity to exchange ideas and resources for youth work to create a "resource center".
