By implement.the project,the Partners aimed to achieve the following goals:1.Develop.an innovative training program OTWE for beginner teachers.2.Develop.educational materials to support teachers in difficulties related to working in crisis and changing situations(with particular emphasis on the pandemic and post-pandemic situations).3.Increas.the professional competences of teachers who start working at school by participat.in training on the development of social skills necessary in working with students,taking into account the pandemic and post-pandemic situation.The Partners wanted to draw attention to the important problem of the need to develop professional young teachers in the field of key competencies in their work, i.e. social competences, and at the same time, responding to the above-mentioned problem, provide effective assistance for novice teachers through the developed training program.An important aspect of the project activities was to draw attention to the above-mentioned problem of school staff-principals and teachers,including experienced teachers who can support their younger colleagues,encouraging them,among others,to improve their competences or sharing their own experiences with them.
