▶Objectives
The aim of the project was to increase awareness and competences related to sustainable development and ecological approach among the management staff of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. By developing an innovative Training Program - Sustainable Development - ESG Management, the partnership aimed to prepare managers to effectively manage changes in the context of sustainable management. Additionally, the project was intended to influence the adaptation of vocational education to the needs of the labor market, adequately preparing specialists for new challenges and responsibilities resulting from the European Green Deal.
