Objectives

The project aimed to develop a specialized vocational education and training (VET) program focused on sustainable food aid delivery. Our main goals were to: - Enhance the competencies of staff and volunteers involved in food aid programs, - Improve green skills to boost employability and sustainable practices, - Provide innovative pedagogical methods and best practice guidelines, - Create a comprehensive training curriculum and digital learning platform, - Strengthen the capacities of NGOs and food aid providers, while supporting country-specific food policies.

Activities

We developed four project results, created an e-learning platform, conducted co-creation sessions, organized LTTA C1 and C2 training events, five TPMs, multiplier events, and carried out continuous dissemination, quality assurance, and project management.

Impact

PR1: Co-Created Methodological Guide, PR2: SUST-AID Training Package (7 modules, detailed below), PR3: E-learning Platform available in English, Polish, Portuguese, German, and Greek, PR4: Guidance for VET Trainers and Food Aid Program Leaders.
