The project objectives were following: - Development of partnerships amongst educators, businesses and stakeholders with the purpose of supporting VET learners in acquiring and developing skills and key competences in sustainability, CSR/ESG data and SDGs reporting and foster employability. - Introduction of open education and innovative digital practices and make education available for all and application of new learning methods, by development of a new e-Learning platform developed to assist the integration of sustainability issues in companies. - Facilitation of the recognition and validation of competences for the Sustainabilty Reporting Manager (SECuRe Manager) job, covering the needs of companies, by the creation of an innovative VET Course including gamification aspects - Implementation and testing of the learning content and learning materials developed during short-term trainings and demo trainings.

All partners were involved in the delivery of intellectual outputs according to the Work Plan by applying specific methodologies and methods. The sequence of the activities followed a logical approach until the achievement of the final outcomes of the project. Those were connected to the main intellectual outputs as follows: - Developement of the SECuRe Knowledge Repository (KR), an online searchable library, providing a central location to collect, contribute and share digital learning resources. The KR architecture allows further enclosure by all partners of new released information. - Development of the SECuRe VET Course; focusing on elaboration of the professional job profile for SECuRe Manager – according to the levels defined in the EQF job profile level. - Development of SECuRe ICT elements: website and e-learning platform. The ICT support tools were developed simultaneously to the elaborated content and were tested in different phases of the project - the train the trainers course, the demo training and finally within the experimental online training. - SECuRe Demo training using draft course; all partners have undertaken the following activities: (a) information, organizations and commitment of the target groups to participate in the demo training. (b) performance of the demo training in all countries (c) collecting feedback for the course improvement - SECuRE Online experimental course, including launch of local language verions of the e-learning platform, announcements, webinars as well as collection of feedback. Project dissemination activities were implemented as well. Multiplier events were organised in all participating countries. Other dissemination methods, including social media, conferences and articles were applied in systematic manner to disseminate the intellectual outputs and involve stakeholders at key steps of the project.

The results and outputs of the project: - The SECuRe Knowledge Repository, an online database that captures, organizes, and categorizes knowledge-based information on CSR, SDG and ESG reporting. - The SECuRe VET COURSE on sustainability reporting that meets the cognitive gap in qualifications/skills, to better prepare companies to comply with sustainability requirements. - The course is offered as a Free Open Educational Resource and is accessible through the SECuRe e-Learning platform during the project lifetime and afterwards, offering modern, digital technologies and tools, including gamification techniques, to motivate and maximize engagement of the staff in the development, implementation and reporting of sustainability issues (https://platform.csr-secure.eu). - Offered language versions of the course: English, Czech, Slovenian, Polish, Romanian and Spanish. - The website of the project with basic information on the project activities and results (https://csr-secure.eu/). - 5 Newsletters in 6 language versions (English, Czech, Slovenian, Polish, Romanian and Spanish).
