▶Summary
Carrying out this project was intended to encourage the development of new skills in new paths, within the scope of the subjective well-being of adult training and thus, multiply a set of tools in their daily lives, in addition to positively influencing the family and community at the same time. around. The main reason when we applied was related to the opportunity to exchange experiences between team members and learners, aiming to deepen self-knowledge based on breathing techniques, meditation, yoga and group dynamics that would enrich the management of adults' emotions. With the aim of experimenting with techniques that contributed to the development of Emotional Intelligence and the perception of difficulties and traumas learned in childhood and which the aim was to revisit to re-tune the adult with their "Inner Child". In this project, we enabled adults to recognize possible childhood episodes and situations that triggered patterns of behavior and limiting beliefs, at the same time that they were able to overcome them with clear methods, increasing personal emotional skills (KSA) and thus strengthen socio-emotional resilience.
▶Objectives
- support the development of personal skills and soft skills of target groups; Offer quality tools to adults with fewer opportunities that contribute to overcoming current difficulties in the individual and in society; Create mobility opportunities for target groups to strengthen the collaboration of two European organizations in complementary areas Raise awareness among adults to know and apply personal development strategies that contribute to well-being and greater quality of life; Promote interculturality and the exchange of knowledge by expanding the perspectives of target groups;
▶Activities
To achieve the project's objectives, four activities were carried out, one aimed at bringing the two entities closer together (1) and three one-week meetings (2,3,4), two of which focused on Emotional Intelligence where they were applied. the Bioflow method, breathing techniques, group dynamics (2,4); and a Retreat (1,3) focusing on self-knowledge and connection with nature, whose activities developed from body alignment and the effects on the mind (yoga), community games (playful games) and subtle practices (body sounds , musicality and mantras that aimed at spiritual connection (with meditation practices). 1.
