โ–ถObjectives

The project aimed at, and did create upskilling pathways and social inclusion of adults in the field of education through a grassroot and peer-to-peer approaches aiming at identifying, building and recognising key-competences, informal skills and practices. We fulfilled this through a process of capacity-building and the implementation of informal education activities and exchanges of good practices both locally and internationally. The Jobshadowings themselves, since they engaged community leaders and primary beneficiaries of the projects in the exchanges were a very important objective so as to effectively create change from the local realities and those who directly face the daily challenges of residing in backgrounds of fewer opportunities. Furthermore, the partner organisations proposed and edited a manual for good Exchange practices based on the outcomes and the results of the activities of the project. Lastly, this present application also had the objective of integrating a new organisation in Erasmus+ projects and through it develop their work at local level and integrating the European dimension in it.
