Objectives On The Way - Symbolic Path aims to provide young people from poor communities in the urban suburbs with a base of skills that will allow them to deal with complex problems, expand their opportunities for achievement and improve their decision-making capacity in the social and vocational fields , while serving as an inspiring role model for its own community. Activities On the Way – Symbolic Path intends to adapt the Group Symbology method to the training of Young Multiplier Leaders from communities in situations of exclusion. In the one hand, it intends to create the On The Way – Transnational Network of Young Multipliers and, on the other hand, to create a Pedagogical Manual on the Training of Young Multiplier Leaders from communities in situations of exclusion. Impact In a very concrete way the project intends to: - create a new pedagogical model for training young leaders from poor communities - Train 83 young multiplier leaders from excluded communities in terms of Adaptability skills; Self-regulation; Creative thinking; Problem solving; critical thinking; Resilience; and Communication - That the pedagogical manual OtW – Symbolic Path reaches at least 1000 educational agents Link to project card: Show project card * Results are available for this project.
