Senior in digital era
▶Summary
The reason for applying for the Seniors in the Digital Era project is to address the needs of seniors regarding the use of digital technologies and the Internet. In today's digital age, technology is evolving rapidly, which can create a digital divide between generations. Seniors are less familiar with digital technology and the use of the Internet, which can lead to their exclusion from the digital world and limited access to important information and resources. Therefore, the project Seniors in the Digital Era aimed to give seniors the opportunity to acquire new skills and knowledge in the use of digital technologies, as well as to increase the degree of involvement and participation in the technology-based society. This was achieved through various activities such as training sessions, public information and dissemination events and the creation of educational resources. Overall, the project aimed to improve the quality of life of seniors by developing their skills and confidence in using digital technology, but also by reducing social isolation and encouraging their participation in social and community life.

These goals were formulated to address the needs identified among older people in our communities, who are often excluded or marginalized due to lack of digital skills and lack of access to technology. By fulfilling these goals, we aimed to help create a more inclusive and fair society for all citizens, regardless of age or ability.
