▶Summary
The Association of Psychologists Gorjeni as a newcomer within the E+ program with expertise in formal projects, especially in structural projects but with a very poor development of the non-formal component, has identified the need for the development of this type of education to be able to adapt to the current reality. The needs were identified at the level of: 1 Staff-trainers = development of key competences – non-formal education method = need for digital skills in online work = low level of working knowledge with young people with limited opportunities = the need for exchanges of good practices = the need to connect with other organizations and develop cross-sectoral relationships 2 Organization = Multilateral and sustainable development: strengthening skills and attracting new trainers/staff = increasing the visibility of the organization through the implemented activities = cross-sectoral development through the component of exchange of good practices and Brokerage Event, interaction between NGO staff/trainer stakeholders and public authorities 3 Local community = implementation in local communities of Erasmus+ projects
▶Objectives
CONN(E+)CTING objectives: O1 Increasing work skills with non-formal education methods for 30 people during 12 months of the project. O1 was been achieved through experience exchanges and workshops in GR, TR, LT, ES, BG. O2 Development of competences to work with adult people with limited opportunities through inclusive and non-formal methods. O2 was been achieved through experience exchanges and workshops in GR, TR, LT, ES, BG O3 Sustainable organizational growth through the exchange of transsectoral good practices through the Brokerage Event in Romania.. This Objective was achived and partners are cooperating in new consortium for the benefit of our adult target group. Participants gain ASK key competences: Abilities: = Desire for inclusion of adults = Confidence in their ability to get involved in such subjects = Taking charge of one's own learning process Skills: = Working with non-formal education methods = To work in a multicultural environment = To learn to write a financing application = To learn to work in a team Knowledge: = how to communicate with disadvantaged people = how to promote inclusion = inclusion at the European level
▶Activities
1 Management CONN (E +) CTING - management activities, evaluation and monitoring 2 Study visits - exchange of good practices - international workshops for acquiring new skills working with non-formal education methods - Study visits were carried out in Greece (iED), Turkey (Belen Kaymakamlığı), Lithuania (Active Youth), Spain (Asociaciòn Cultural Ingalicia) and Bulgaria (UNION OF BULGARIAN BLACK SEA LOCAL AUTHORITIES) 3 Brokerage Event + National Workshops - workshops in which participating trainers will teach internal trainers to work with adults and adults with fewer opportunities + Brokerage Event (element of sustainable sustainability)
▶Impact
Local impact: - 30 staff trainers who will exchange good practices in the partner organizations - Each partner will have 4 trainers who will be equipped with key competencies in education informal, a total of 20 trainers - 15 new Partnership Agreements for adults from local communities at Brokerage Events - 40 adults with reduced opportunities who will benefit from the national personal development workshops through nonformal education methods At the level of the 7 partners : - Management / QBM team members will learn E + project coordination skills (APSG is newcommer ) - Several partnerships will be developed for support adults - preparation for life active and inclusion - The opportunity of cross-sectoral partnerships between NGOs-NGOs-local public authorities and decision-makers ( including through the partnership structure) - Multiplication events are a sure source of increasing the capacity of partners and APSG to work with education methods nonformal - All those involved in international and national workshops will function as an active means of dissemination, with friends and arousing the interest of other adults interested in personal and professional development through methods of education nonformal
