Through this project, we wanted to give students with fewer opportunities/disadvantaged the chance to develop their entrepreneurial skills in order to be able to integrate into the labor market and start a business in the rural area. The project involved the creation of a Business Plan model, by the students of CEVM, based on the experience of the partners from Cyprus and Spain. The participation of VET teachers (CEVM) in the mobility in Cyprus had as its objective the development of new teaching/learning methods - more attractive and in line with market trends (methods taken from the partner in Cyprus). The project also involved a mobility of students and teachers to the partner in Spain, mobility that included visits to successful entrepreneurs from the countryside, which determined the improvement of business plans, the stimulation of creativity among students and the increase of the desire to develop businesses in the rural area in Romania, similar to those in Spain. The business plans created within the project were conceived in digital format, which can allow easy distribution at local, national and international level.
