Objectives The project "M.W.2.C.E.H" aims to offer career guidance in the field of European hospitality to 30 Romanian teen agers through professional career counseling and vocational evaluation and to 10 Romanian teen-agers through internships and study visits at Greek hospitality companies. The activities of the project will help the participants improve their key competences of communication in English language, digital competences, entrepreneurship, cultural awareness and expression competences. Activities During the project, we will implement both national and transnational activities, including : workshop with an international expert and a professional trainer - "Why to Choose a Career in European Hospitality", individual sessions of professional career counseling and vocational evaluation for 30 participants from the target group, internships and study visits at Greek hospitality companies for 10 participants from the target group and activities of dissemination of the results of the project. Impact The results of the project will materialize in a blog and 10 video tutorials realized by the 10 participants at the mobility flow at Greek hospitality companies, with activities included in the project and their feed-back about the influence of the project on choosing their future career.A digital guide of good practices for vocational counseling and evaluation will be realized by the 2 project teams, to be used as a dissemination material in the targeted high schools, for the school councilors.
