Summary

Objectives PEGASUS project aims to help young women NEETs to open their wings and pursue a career in the creative industry sector. A special consideration, reflected in the adjustment of OER and selection of participants, will be given to young women suffering from rheumatic diseases. The major outcomes provisioned are inclusion and employability of young women NEET through training, available upskilled employees for the creative industry sector and tailored OER available for VET providers to use and adapt Activities Major activities will be four: A1. Project management & quality assurance, needed also for capacity building of new-coming organizations A2. OERs will be adjusted to the needs of women NEETs suffering diseases and interested in creative industries. Adjusted OER (MOOC) will focus on soft skills enhancement making and digital upskilling A3.
